When will I get my stuff?      
Orders typically ship the following business day after they are ordered.  Our business days are Monday   through Friday, excluding recognized UPS and USPS holidays.  Your stuff will ship from New Mexico, USA.  The typical domestic UPS ground ship times from our location are between 2 - 5 business days.  Typical USPS ship times for international orders are 3 - 5 business days for Express Mail and 6 - 10 business days for Priority Mail, NOT including customs clearance time which can be quite variable.

What if I saw something really cool on your site but I didn't buy it in time?
First of all, you should join our email list so that you can hear about the products as soon as they post and have a better chance at getting them before they sell out.  Secondly, learn to buy things faster.  Thirdly, depending on the product, we may post it again sometime down the road if we have any left over.  You never know.  Better join our email list just in case.

How many of today's Blue Plate Special do you have?
Could be 2, could be 200.  Better get one now if you want it. 

How do I found out more about the rest of the week's specials?
The "teaser" photos at the bottom of the homepage are just that - a preview of what's coming up next.  The details and price will not be revealed until that morning at 9 AM MST.  Maddening, we know.

Is this stuff used or blemished in some way? 
Nope.  This is brand new bike gear, same as you'd find at your local bike shop (assuming your local bike shop does not sell used or blemished products).
